When the file will be in the computer, it needs to be put in a special folder and registered. Then do a reboot and check the problematic application. If the program can’t start, it means that the game incorrectly refers to the libraries. You can fix it by updating DirectX and .NET Framework, and reinstalling the game. These measures help to get rid of the error in most cases.
